precise control

Now i'm the general manager of a company and we are doing some real business. It was a something to me but yet it is still not the point. what i'm trying to say here is we always have something to learn. For me right now with all the massive meeting the first thing i had to learn is how to take control of all my energy precisely. I can't slip a second especially. If i got overthinking then i can't sleep and on tomorrow morning i can't perform well as the tiltle had mention. do some mistakes and learn it quickly and btw it's all about the money and the tilte because for me it is always about challenging myself to do more to learn more in this world. Calculate precisely your words, movements and even your brain have to follow your precise calculation how to start and how to stop thinking. Discipline to stick up with your calculation and off course count it precisely.
